Charities Commision reject WA owing to the wrong wide up clause

Andy to change clause at Nov AGM

There is a piece of unused motorway between K Rd and top of Nelson St.

Thought of ways to use this for people. Bands like in Hirijuku Tokyo, speed skating, markets.

Getacross campaign is going well with a mass rally on Sept 21. WA is part of this.

Red light runners project 2009. We could apply for funding or use volunteers.
