Long term goals were set.
-Continue Red Light Runner count project over 3 years to find trends
-Continue to make submissions to Councils and put documents on website.
-Pedestrian need to cross at all sides of an interesection not just 2 or 3. Lobby for this to happen.
-Increase time for pedestrians to cross at traffic lights.
-Better way finding clues for walkers in the city

Short term goals
-find out more about the Ak City C land acquisition and disposal policy.
-get a crossing on the middle of Newton road
-get councils to sign the Walk21 international charter.
- complete the Pururi Creek walk way.

We will acheive these in the next 12 months.
Send a letter to ARC supporting he upgrade of the railways and that greenways and walkways be upgraded so commuters can use then to access the stations in a practical, walkable way.
